Are we insured?
Yes all 123 Jumping Castles are insured. We provide Public Liability up to $20,000,000

How much space do I need for a Jumping Castle?
Jumping Castles require 4.5M width X 4.5M length of clear flat ground.
Jumping Combo Castles require 5M X 6M of clear flat ground.
Jumping Adult/Extra large Castles require 6M x 7M of clear flat ground.

What do I need to do?
We require a clear driveway access for our Van. The space for the Jumping Castle to be cleared of all/any sharp objects including rocks etc. Vacant Powerpoint. Double adaptors will not be accepted.

What if it rains after you leave? 
All 123 Jumping Castles will handle light rain/showers as they are equipped with UV roof covers. However if the weather conditions show continuous heavy rain and high winds for your day, your Jumping Castle hire would need to be rescheduled or cancelled, as your child's safety is our number 1 priority. 

123 Jumping Castles would be happy to reschedule or refund your deposit in full. Thanks for your understanding.

What if I would like a Supervisor/Operator during our hire?
123 Jumping Castles will happily supply one for you at an additional cost. *Mandatory supervision is required for public events.

Can I setup our Jumping Castle in a public park?
Yes, as long as you have called your council for approval. We will forward our Public Liability Currency Certificate which you will then pass onto your council office.

If there is no power at the venue then we will happily supply a generator to run the jumping castle at an additional cost of $200 fully inclusive of delivery and petrol.
